GROUP TRAINING

Meet me at the local park before work for an amazing ‘wake-up’ session, or join my mid-morning group training classes for a super start to your day. If mornings aren’t your thing, head straight to training on your way home from work. It will help you unwind from the day and ensure a restful night’s sleep! Those who work locally may even consider a midday session.

All equipment is provided and sessions change week to week to keep things interesting and ensure clients continue to get results. We do a mix of high intensity interval training, body weight exercises, cardio intervals and boxing. Group Sessions are a great way to meet new people and learn different ways to exercise in the outdoors. Sessions are small to ensure all clients fitness abilities are catered for. Private Group Sessions

Private Group Exercise sessions are great for team building amongst friends or work colleagues. These sessions are tailored to your needs, goals and time requirements. Group Training Classes

Group training sessions are a great way to meet new people, catch up with friends and work out with others! We meet at a local park and try to make best use of the surrounding environment whether it be along the river or through the suburbs. There are different day, time and locations available and each session is unique. You can sign up in advance or attend casually.
