FIZZICAL FITNESS offers mobile personal training at an affordable rate. We service the southern and western suburbs in Perth, Western Australia and train in the local park or can come to your residence. Our aim is to teach you exercises and ways to be active that you can use in everyday life. We focus on building functional strength and cardiovascular fitness. All workouts are designed with you in mind and therefore cater for your fitness level and any issues or injuries you may have. All equipment is provided.

Never exercised before? Personal training may be a good place to start! It will improve your fitness (and confidence) before trying a group session. For those who exercise regularly but are not seeing the results you want, why not book in some personal training sessions to FIZZ things up a bit? Mums with small children who feel like you can’t leave the house, choose a time that suits you and your family and I can come to you! Pre and post natal sessions are available also.
